Very Late Holiday Post

I just wanted to post this picture of some sweet holiday treat packages I made for my co-workers at Christmastime.

Send money for a new camera.

 I made caramel sea salt brownies from A Cup of Jo. (Delicious and addictive. I made 4 batches.)

Then I popped each brownie into a glassine bag and stuck that inside a brown paper bag that I had stamped. I got that cute stamp from Michaels on clearance. Score!

Then I tied the whole thing up with some bakers twine and called it a day.

I was the hit of the office. For a few minutes a least.

I have a fun Valentine's Day DIY coming up in a few days. I just need some good light to take photos so they aren't as poor as the one above.

Oh, Rifle

I have declared my love for Rifle Paper Co. in the past, but Ms. Bond has recently come out with a beautiful line of fabric with Villa Nova, so here's a few more Rifle products I am loving right now.

The fabric... swoon. This floral is gorgeous, but there are also some cute geometric prints as well. I would put any of them in my home.


The 2012 Botanical Calendar. I asked for (and received!) this for my birthday. It definitely brightens up my little gray cubicle.

This set of notebooks. I strongly hinted (suggested?) that these would make a great Mother's Day gift. And this cute little vintagey message pad. Would also be cute in my cubicle.

Halloween Treat Bags

I had this whole post all typed out MONTHS ago and somehow Blogger lost it and I was too tired to type it again. But here we go...

I made little treat bags for my co-workers, mostly because I wanted to use my heat embossing wand.

Each person got a personalized bag, Brains in a Jar, an eyeball on a fork, smaller bag of chocolate eyeballs. I made a cute tag and attached to the eyeball on a fork. I wish I could have found a nice treat bag to stick the eyeballs in, but I had to make do.

Pictures were taken at work with my phone, don't judge. Like I usually have such great pictures.
